As your product moves into the mature stage of its lifecycle, you may be faced with challenges that include long-term support for customers not ready to move to newer products, finding ways to increase the current product’s performance and/or functionality, as well as migrating legacy applications and functionality on to new platforms. With our Renewal services we have solutions for each of these challenges.


Longevity of Repair – If your products require multi-year post-warranty repair, Emerson offers Longevity of Repair services to provide repair assurance for a fixed number of years with a predictable price model.

Extended Technical Support – Emerson can provide Technical Support services on products that are past the published End of Support window. These services are available on a per-product or per-project basis.

Continuity of Supply – In order to maintain availability of critical products due to an End-of-Life scenario or during a technology transition period, Emerson offers the Continuity of Supply service that will provide for manufacturing an agreed-upon number of products until the next product generation is available.

Technology Insertion – If updating or upgrading current products instead of full replacement is an option, Emerson can provide Technology Insertion services to help in areas such as performance enhancement, Hardware upgrades, software updates and capacity planning.

Product Migration Consultation – Migrating system applications and functionality between product generations can be challenging and time consuming. Emerson can help facilitate this activity through the use of our consulting services targeted specifically at transitioning customers between product generations.
